Important details to note: MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 25 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 25 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 3pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins must be pre-approved, and check-ins earlier than 2pm will incur a $100 fee. Late checkouts must be pre-approved, and check-outs later than 12pm will incur a $100 fee. DRIVEWAY: No more than 2 cars parked in the driveway without blocking the sidewalk. If a second car blocks the sidewalk, please park on the street. OCCUPANCY: This unit allows up to 6 overnight guests. GATHERINGS: We know people like to have a good time, but this property has a strict “No Party” policy. SAFETY & SECURITY: For safety and security reasons, there is a security system monitoring the exterior of the property. There are no cameras located inside of the Art House. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am. We want you to have fun, but please be considerate of our neighbors during these quiet hours. Guests named on the reservation are responsible for the conduct of all persons in the property. SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside of the property. You are welcome to smoke outside as long as you clean up after yourself. Should this be violated there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee. PETS: While we love our furry friends, pets are prohibited inside of the property. There will be a $250 cleaning fee assessed if its determined a pet has been anywhere inside the property. Please contact host for exceptions to this policy. DAMAGE & INCIDENTALS: The property has been designed to feel like a home away from home with many amenities. The booking guest is responsible for any incidentals, damage, or missing items during your stay. THE AREA: We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. You can reach us through the conversation thread or text messaging during your stay. FEES: A fee of $150 applies for commercial use of the facility, which exceeds a general stay.
